My niece always talks in sleep

My child niece always talks something in sleep. She sometimes says she won't study so much or sometimes she talks about her plays. Is it a sleep disorder or her day time activities remains in her sub-conscious brain even at night when she is in sleep. Please suggest here. Thanks.

If she is not agitated and she wakes up refreshed in the morning, I would not worry about it! Many children talk a LOT in their sleep. They sometimes talk, laugh, yell, giggle. Sometimes it may even wake them up, yet is still not a sleep disorder.

She may be stressing her studies I guess. Try to give her comfort studying and not forceful studies. Also, do consult child specialist who will guide you about her routine and eating habits.

She might be stressing about things. But if she is waking up refreshed, i'd let it go. A LOT of kids talk in their sleep, or walk , etc. My sister would walk in her sleep and always tear down my britney spears posters! hahah! little things trigger it, like she always had to go to the bathroom, so thats what it was. but she didnt remember. if she isnt remembering or is refreshed, its normal.
