Woke up in the middle of the night and screaming

My baby daughter has a problem of sleeping. She always wakes up in the middle of the night, around 12 o'clock in the evening and starts to scream. It's been like this for over 3 month now. What is wrong with my daughter ?

I don't think it has anything to do with anything being wrong with your daughter. It might be something with the place where she is sleeping. She might be sleeping in an uncomfortable place or being bitten by insects such as mosquitoes or bed bugs which children have less tolerance to. Or maybe she is hungry.

You might talk with your doctor and ask him if he will have her tested for parasites. Since it is happening at approximately the same time every night that could be the problem and it certainly wouldn't hurt to check.

Wow I would have never thought that it was something like bugs or parasites. My son does the same thing but it is only on occasion like last night twice and it is the first time in 2 weeks.

Immediately consult child specialist doctor or sleep experts. You say it is regular for about three months, so it is really a problem and it may complicate more in future. Samurai has a point here. May be the kid is uncomfortable in sleeping in that bed or that place. Change the bed or place and check what happens next.

talk to your pediatrician. It sounds to me like night terrors, which can start that young. But, i wouldn't just brush it off. Ask if she has acid reflux? just talk to your pediatrician about what exactly it could be, and what you could do to help.
