Lucid dreaming is very common with my daughter. She can recall her dreams very vividly and they all seem to be connected with her moving house or travelling. I am always surprised at her details and the vividness of her recalls and at how colourful her dreams seem to be.

If I have a particularly memorable dream, I remember the details when I first wake up but then I quickly forget after a day or two. I can't really recall any of my past dreams.

Hi. remembering dreams varies from people and most importantly it is psychological.
Like, you need to remind your subconscious mind to remember what you are going to dream on your sleep tonight,
then certainly you'll remember it upon awakening.
    It's mind over matter really.

    Thank you.
