Nightmares - which make us happy when we wake up

Often I have such scary dreams that when I wake up and realise that it was only a dream then I am very relieved and happy. Unfortunately while the nightmare is going on it seems very realistic and scary - that is why waking up is such a happy sensation

Oh i think we've all experienced this feeling. Do you also find though that when you wake up like this you wake up feeling very alert and ready to go? The only positive thing i find from these dreams is that they encourage you to leavfe bed quickly which can be very useful on somedays

These nightmares are scary at times. You do wake feeling refreshed since you are glad to wake up - but while they last they can be very troublesome. I have them often - and I wish I could avoid them since I wake up with a start and if it is the middle of the night - I cannot go back to sleep for quite some time.
