    Lack of Sleep Makes You Look Older

    I have proven, through myself, that lack of sleep will make you look older. More wrinkles will appear when you have lack of sleep because I think the body failed to replace the dead cells therefore making your skin look older. Will you agree?

    I agree with that. For me the main reason I look older is because I get dark circles under my eyes. I was told that the circles look darker because of the proximity of the blood vessels under the skin. Not sure why less sleep makes them darker though.

    Yeah, another thing is that lack of sleep will make the cheeks pale. I wonder what is in sleep that makes people become more vibrant. Maybe our body was made to sleep in order to regenerate, like any living things here on Earth.

    It is true, your body needs sleep to regenerate. Lack of it can take a big toll on not just your outside but your insides as well.

    Man, I spend so much money on products to make me look younger yet I never really thought about how sleep could effect it. I think I am going to go and take a nap right now!

    You are right, your eyes look baggy and bad and you just look older. Your skin loses it's shine and youthful look. It's crazy! You need to get the proper amount of sleep and the right nutrients to stay looking your age.

    No amount of make up or supplements can take over a good night sleep. It is better to sleep well at night than work too much.
