Cool Is regularity really so important?

I'm going to bed sometimes at 10pm, sometimes at 11-12pm, rarely at 2am. I'm getting up at 6:45. I'm reading everywhere, that I have to go sleep in one time.

Is really better to wait 2 hours until 0:00 when I usually can go sleep? Is better regularity, than 2 extra hours of sleep?

    Thank you

Hi i have read somewhere that every hour before 12 is worth 2 hours after 12. There are some internal reactions which happen inside the body which follow our internal body clock and supposedly if we miss the hour we don't get that specific reaction.

Also i think both of those factors are important. If you could most of the time go to bed at 10 pm i think would be the best. But also rememeber that you can just follow the sun because we have been evolved to be that way, i.e. sleep as the sun goes down and wake up as the sun comes up - before there were no light bulbs for the vast majority of human existence.
