Hello everyone
I have just joined the forum because I have been suffering from sleep problems since last August. I woke up one night from a nightmare with a terrible attack of palpitations and I have been sleeping really badly ever since. I think I might have developed a bit of a sleep disorder because every night I wake up suddenly with my heart racing from vivid, disturbing dreams or nightmares. It is really getting me down now and I dread going to bed. I had a look around on the internet for some help and I managed to find your forum. I am hoping that I am not alone in my nocturnal horrors!
