    Hello everyone :)

    Hello there,
I am Jara, and I am new here, as you noticed already probably.
The reason for coming here is because I am always tired and have specific problems when I wake up in the morning. I do not know if it has to do with a sleeping disorder or another problem. But I am desperate and 'really' hope that I can find people here that are familiar with my problems and can give some advice.
My doctor does not take things very seriously, as usual. He says its probably stress.. and who knows.. it could be. But my stress is also caused by being tired in such an extreme way. So.. its not a complete answer, far from it.
Earlier I was diagnosed with ADD though, and Tietze syndrome.

Anyway. Some of the more 'normal' info about me is that I am a 27 old woman from Holland. I enjoy gardening, reading and sometimes painting and drawing. I currently work as a cleaning lady, but was trained to work with kids, and I used to. But I do not have enough energy for it, so I switched to something easier. A job where it does not matter if you dont feel well.

    Thats about it.
    Greetings to all of you
    Jara

Jara, My family and I can so relate to your issues with inflammation, and symptoms causing your stress, rather than stress causing your symptoms. Stress is a normal part of life, but symptoms we have are not normal. And YES, YES, YES, sleep issues can definitely cause stress, inflammation and so many other issues.

I would strongly recommend a really good, caring primary physician who will explore (possibly refer you to specialists) for sleep, nutrition, hormones, etc, to try to put together all the pieces to your puzzle. You might consider an physician specializing in Integrative or Functional Medicine as that physician, OR, in addition to the primary physician.
