Hey everyone, I decided to join because I might be able to figure out why I can't sleep through the whole night. I seem to not be able to fall asleep quickly and when I do I wake up every 2-3 hours and sometimes every hour. I've tried reading before sleep, not using the computer or watching tv for a few hours before sleep, getting into a routine.. but they all seem not to work. I'm up for trying something new so hopefully I learn a few things here![]()
