    Teenagers and Sleep

My sister is going crazy with my nephew. Lately, he is sleeping away his weekends. He is very difficult to wake up in the mornings and says that he is tired. I wonder is this is part of being a teenage boy or if something else is in play. Is this happening to someone else? Please share.

I think its normal at such age. Teenagers don't have much responsibilities and also their brain starts attaining maturity level. So, they may take some extra hours for sleep. It may also be sometimes due to late night studies during exams.

Teenagers sleeps 18 hours so there is nothing any problem...
