OK so I've been going to bed at 8 am in the morning... Yes 8 AM. I have been trying desperately all week to get my sleep schedule back to a normal schedule because i need to find a job very soon, as in I'll be searching for one next week. I've tried going to bed earlier, which doesn't work because i just lie in bed until 8 am. I've tried setting my alarm for a few hours before i normally wake up which isnt working. My last idea was to pull an allnighter and then just go to bed at a really early time, but I can never manage to stay up the whole day without getting tired. Last time I tried I ended up going to bed at 12 PM! CAN ANYBODY PLEASE HELP ME?? I am starting to get very desperate and frustrated here. Please, any advice at all will be greatly appreciated.
