So funny how everyone's needs are different. I turned out to have too little salt for my needs, and my doctor now has me consuming a lot more salt. I had such a healthy diet (I thought), and all the medical literature I read said to "cut down on salt"... and here I was having sleep problems because **I** needed more salt. Weird! So like everything else, it must be individualized. For instance, I had very low blood pressure.

I agree. I have had some complications with sleeping pills and when it comes down to it, it's not a cure for insomnia.
