    Natural Sleeping Pills

I've heard that many people take natural herbal remedies to help them sleep. I want to try these, but I need some advice and experience from those who have tried them before. Ones that I've thought about and researched are melatonin, vitamins B-6 and B-12, and various herbs such as St. John's Wort and horsetail. Do any of you have experiences with natural pills that you'd like to share?

I do not have much trouble with sleep these days other than pain. Even for that, I am taking supplements, including fish oil, to help with inflammatory processes. I do take melatonin.

My kids take more supplements for their issues, but I want to stress that they are under the care of a physician. They take melatonin, tryptophan, and Nutrasleep. But they also incorporate lifestyle and dietary changes (tips) - they exercise, practice sleep hygiene, etc.

I wouldn't take too many even of "natural sleeping pills". Alot of the time a nice warm glass of milk before I go to sleep will help alot. You need to consult your doctor if you are thinking about taking serious sleep medication.

Several of us in the family discovered that dairy was actually a contributing factor to many of our inflammatory, pain, sleep and other such problems. It can be pretty complicated figuring out what is the problem.

For treating this problem natural sleep aids are a best choice. Due to their effectiveness and no side effect, these become very popular in the last couple of decades.

I have been researching a lot on these Natural Sleep AIds and found quite a few of them that are okay. I need a little extra help falling asleep and am a bit beyond the warm glass of milk unfortunately. I do find however a nice cup of chamomile tea excllent sometimes.

You can look for Vitamin B3, which helps with relaxation and calming of your nervous system. Calcium and magnesium are good as well for sleep.

You are able to get better results by taking 1000 mg of Calcium lactate, or 1500-2000 mg calcium chelate. If having calcium chelate, it‟s suggested to take it in split up doses.
