What kind of insomnia do I have?

I am a 16 yr old guy. I wake up every morning at about 320 am and can NOT fall back asleep. When I wake up my bed is usually soaked in sweat, my heart is pounding, and no matter how much water I drink, my throat is so dry.

Last night though (its still tonight), I slept 13 hours (from 8pm to 9am), but DID NOT FEEL RESTED AT ALL! I had super dry throat/mouth too.

Now, again, its monday morning, I gotta get ready to drive to school on 3 hours of sleep, and I've been alone walking around my house all morning (there is no use in trying to fall back asleep anymore). WHAT SHOULD I DO PLEASE, and what type of insomnia might this be? I have not been to the specialist yet, I am curious.

Well, I'm not an expert, but it sounds like you're having bad dreams / nightmares.
If you had a good night without nightmares, and slept for 13 hours, that's simply too much. I never sleep for more than 8 hours, because it will just make me feel more tired. Strange, but that's how it works for most people.
So I would try to find the reasons for your nightmares, and then treat these underlying problems.
    Hope this makes sense...

its like nightmare too. are you having bad dreams?I think you should try having some medication for your sleep. consult your doctor perhaps.
I hope you can sleep well enough tonight.

Sounds like you have chronic insomnia which causes sleep deprivation over long periods. This can cause you to have bad dreams or hallucinations.
