If anyone of you here who cant sleep well at night,
then I can help.
I've been doing this for like a week already.
What I exactly did was a little exercise at night and drink milk before bedtime.
I also read so I could feel sleepy easily.
Eat healthy foods and of course free your mind from stress.
Stop thinking about your stressful day at work, at school or even problems at home.

Also, drinking coffee isn't that bad. If you're addicted to coffee then you can have a cup of it in the morning.
That way it won't affect your sleeping habit at night.
