I have a family member who said she uses a natural sleep aide called Mid-night. She said when she wakes up she takes half of a pill and it helps her go back asleep. You will probably have to look it up online.
All this week, every day without fail I wake up at 5-6am and no matter how tired I feel I can never get back to sleep until maybe 9-10am.
so I thought yesterday, I wont sleep and surely I will sleep the following night? wrong
I go to sleep at 1am exhausted, sleep untill 5 and bang i'm awake again!
its started to give me huge headaches and I just feel so fed up :|

By the way, How old are you? Some instance matter with age.
But anyway, stay calm and relax your mind from anything that will cause you stress.
Because sometimes, your mind is so stressed out that causes your sleeping problem.
Poor sleeping habits are psychological sometimes, and yeah pills can cure that, but
why rely with pills if you can make sleeping at night desirable?
So it's a matter of self discipline and taking exercise and proper healthy diet will also help.
