    Unhappy regular as clockwork

    hi folks. every night i wake up @ 2.30am and 6 am without fail, im not overweight or drink and i dont snore im not even stressed really. but this started last summer and i can set my watch by it. as you can imagine the resultant lack of sleep has left me completely fatigued. any ideas why ? ppplllleeeeeaaase

    probably due to your sleeping cycle, you wake up after you've done one cycle.. probably you lay awake for 30 minutes or so.. and sleep again and wake up after the next cycle (6am).
    Normally this shouldn't be a problem and make you fatigue, so I would try not to worry about it..
    do you get out of bed at 6am? or do you try and sleep more? The fatigued feeling could also be due to the fact that you force yourself to wake up during REM sleep

    It would be really interesting to see the events that lead up to you being awake, and if it really is between cycles. I guess the only way to know would be to monitor your sleep - you can try one of the $1 sleep aps for a smart phone (if you have one search for Sleep Cycle). That may tell you a lot more...
