probably due to your sleeping cycle, you wake up after you've done one cycle.. probably you lay awake for 30 minutes or so.. and sleep again and wake up after the next cycle (6am).
Normally this shouldn't be a problem and make you fatigue, so I would try not to worry about it..
do you get out of bed at 6am? or do you try and sleep more? The fatigued feeling could also be due to the fact that you force yourself to wake up during REM sleep

as you can imagine the resultant lack of sleep has left me completely fatigued. any ideas why ? ppplllleeeeeaaase
