    Any good sleepwalking stories...

There is a lot of sleepwalking in my family. The funniest one was always my second brother. He used to get up and try to get out of the house. He used to go and try to take showers at 3 am. My mom has always been good at listening for him and his nightly adventures.

I would have to say that my cousin is the one with the tons of stories. We used to love spending the summer at his house because there were always bumps in the night. One time we had to stop him before he got into the bathtub to take a shower with his clothes on.

No good stories but my son went to stay with my parents and they have a bunk bed. They had him on the top bunk bed and he climbed off and fell when sleep walking. He has a big bruise on his face.

The best story in my family is my older sister. When she was about 7 or 8 she walked into the hallway linen closet and since she was sleepwalking mistook it for the bathroom. My mom had heard her get up and found her with her pants down in the closet before she had a chance to do any damage.

My girlfriend was a sleepwalker when she was little. She told me that she carried her youngest sister to another room because there was a flood in her dream. I'm amazed how she didn't drop her baby sister.

Wow, heavysleeper, this definitely tops my bathtub story. It is unbelievable how many kids sleep walk and later stop. My cousin is in his late twenties now but he still sleep walks. Thank God he now lives with a loving girlfriend that makes sure he doesn't wander too far.

My son scared the crap out of us the other night. We were in the living room and then their is a hallway to his room and ours is at the end. I always tuck him in one last time and turned the hallway light on, went into his room and he wasn't their. At the same moment my spouse yelps. I go running and our kid is laying horizontal on our pillows of our bed! I still had folded cloths on the bed and was reaching down to pick up the pile when the kid sat straight up! Hope it doesn't get worse!

Our daughter still sleep walks at 17. She doesn't do it often, but when she does she scares the daylights out of me. She always comes to my side of the bed and just stands there and stares at me. Often it's too dark to see who is there, but I can sense a presence.

I heard one interesting story. A lady always wanted to get slip and for that she use to do dieting but of no use. Dietician got worried and asked her to capture a video of her sleep. In the video it was revealed that the lady used to go to kitchen in sleep and eat foods.
